Pay Attention to Gods Words
The importance of the placement of the Word of God
The importance of the placement of the Word of God in your life will determine the ultimate quality of your life. The Word of God must be first place and final authority in your life (Proverbs 4:20-24). In order for that to become a reality you must listen to what his word is saying to you. “Incline your ear unto My sayings” (Proverbs 4:20). Make up your mind that the Word of God is speaking to you.
When you find God’s Words speaking to you and you apply them to your life, there will be a traumatic change to your life for the better. Read His Word and meditate on them, letting Him reveal to you what it means in your life. Don’t let the Word depart from your eyes, keep them in the forefront of your vision
Make the Word top priority
Make the Word top priority, allowing the Word to imbed itself into your heart. “Keep your heart with all diligence for out of it are the issues of life, they are the forces of life” (Proverbs 4:23). Allow those forces of the Word to guide your life to new levels.
Don’t accept others when they say, “I tried that faith stuff and it didn’t work.” No, they failed to allow it to work because of their unbelief. Don’t let their unbelief become your unbelief. Their trial was with their mind and not faith from their heart. Don’t ever judge the Word of God; let it judge your life.
When you apply the Word by faith, you can have what it says you can have, and you are able to do what it says you can do. Don’t ever think of yourself as anything other than what the Word of God says you are, because you are in Christ Jesus and He is in you. The words Jesus speaks to you, they are Spirit, and they are life (John 6:63).
God’s Word is life
You must get the word into your spirit where it comes alive. God’s Word is life to your spirit, your mind, your emotions and your physical body. God’s Word is health or medicine to all our flesh (Proverbs 4:22). Put away a disobedient mouth (Proverbs 4:24). God’s Word will uplift and encourage yourself and others so, eliminate all negative and evil speaking and speak only positive words.
This revelation from God will come alive on the inside of you as you believe and apply the Word of God to your life. “But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shines more and more unto the perfect day” (Proverbs 4:18).
Your spirit is like a big fountain
Your spirit is like a big fountain that issues forth Gods glory and power in a very strong flow. However, His glory and power will be prevented from coming to you if your spirit is full of unconfessed sins and lack of forgiveness. If that’s happening to you, to open access to your spirit, it’s time to start confessing and forgiving everyone you could think of.
Then make this Declaration: “I repent for every sin, and I forgive anyone and everyone who has wronged me. I choose to make God’s Word a priority and listen for Him to reveal what it says to me. Thank you Lord, I know You will do it. I choose a life with God. In Jesus’ Name, I pray. Amen.”
