God has given to us eternal life

It is written in 1 John 5:11-13 KJV, “And this is the record that God has given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He that has the Son has life; and he that has not the Son of God has not life. These things I have written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may believe on the name of the Son God.”

The Word of God is Clear

Man is originally born spiritually dead because of Adams sin, but he can be redeemed by faith and be born again of the Holy Spirit.

• “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23. KJV.
• “For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 6:23.
• “For it is appointed unto man once to die, but after this is judgment”. Hebrews 9:27 KJV.

The judgment after death means the body has died but your spirit continues to live to be judged by God according to how you conducted your life.

Cost of rejecting Jesus

In His gospel, John tells us “He that believes on Him is not condemned: but that believes not is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” 1 John 3:18 KJV.

ALL those who reject God’s offer of salvation, will have to face “The Second Death” which is reserved for everyone who has not trusted in Christ for their salvation. After judgement they will be sent to the lake of fire and brimstone, this is “The Lake of Fire” which we read in Revelation in the Bible”. God originally prepared the lake of fire for Satan and the angels that rebelled against Him, and this is called “The Second Death”.

The second death is spiritual separation from God. Your spirit will still be alive but be tormented in the lake of fire that doesn’t destroy for eternity. Eternal death means eternal separation from God, spirit, soul and body. Revelation 20:15 KJV says “And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”

Life or Death – Your choice

If you end up in a burning hell for all eternity, it won’t be because of all the foolish and evil things you did or because you weren’t good enough, or you didn’t belong to the right church, or even if you lived a stellar life. It will be because of your choice in refusing to receive Jesus Christ (God the Son) as your personal Savior!

Jesus already paid the price for all the stupid stuff you have done and all the stupid stuff you are going to do. When He died on the cross and rose again, He did it for you, because He loves you! The price has already been paid opening the way to heaven for you.

The decision is totally up to you about where you will spend eternity when you die. Will it be with God or in hell, (the lake of fire)? God said, “I place before you, life (with God) and death (eternally separated from God), choose life.”

Decision time

Many will say they don’t believe in God or life after death, are you really going to bet your life on it. Consider this, if you are right and there is no life after death then it won’t matter to us who believe because then we will be dead with no memory, but we will have lived a better life because of our belief. But if you are wrong then consider what you will have rejected and lost and where you will ultimately spend eternity. Is it worth it to bet your life on it.

Another thing is that your decision must be made with your heart and not just with your mind. You must believe in your heart that you want to change your life for a better life. Even though your life appears to be one you enjoy, however, deep down you’ve wondered if there could be a better life. Now is the time to consider a new road to travel. You will have nothing to lose and a new life and new future to gain.

God offers salvation as a gift, because if it were up to us to earn it, we would have no chance. The gift of salvation is there for you to receive.

Repent and be saved. Jesus is your only hope. Get right with God today. Stop scoffing and Mocking Warnings from God. The world is about to soon find out the Bible isn’t just a story book. Jesus loves you. He died to save you from spending eternity in Hell. LOVE WARNS! CHOOSE LIFE NOW!

If you have never asked Jesus to come into your life now is the time to make your life right with God and accept Jesus into your life.

Prayer of Salvation

God loves you so much, and He’s offering you an abundant life that is full of vision here on earth and eternal life with Him in Heaven. The cross of Jesus is your path to His great redemption plan for you, a plan to bring you into a personal relationship with Him. He’s ready to come into your life and help you make a change if you want Him to.

Romans 10:9-10 says, “If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord”, and believe in your heart that God raised His from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved”.

The above is the upside to becoming a Christian, however there is a downside as well. Christians are hated and ridiculed by non-Christian family, friends and the world. You may become an outsider to family and friends who will reject you and what you believe. SO, you must be sure you want and believe in your heart that the upside is more important in your life than the downside.

This must be a decision from your heart and not from your mind. If you are ready to accept Jesus into your life, then speak the following prayer aloud.

“Dear God, I know I am a sinner. I repent and want to turn from my sins, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe He died for my sins and that You raised Him to life. I want Him to come into my heart and to take control of my life. I want to trust Jesus as my Savior and follow Him as my Lord from this day forward. In Jesus’ Name amen.”

If you have said this prayer with your heart, you are now an adopted child of God and heir with Jesus Christ and entitled to eternal life with Him. His Holy Spirit has come to live inside you. The Holy Spirit will comfort, guide, lead and convict you of sins so you may ask forgiveness.

Congratulations, your name has now been written in the Lords’ book of life which means you will have eternal life with Him. Now go and find yourself a bible believing loving church so you may grow in your new life.
